Senior Cloud Consultant

Overview

As a member of the professional services team you will work independently or as part of a larger team to design and implement IT solutions. You will also be called upon to provide problem determination and remediation services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales consultation to Gibraltar customers
  • Provide pre-sales service delivery in terms of Statement of Work creation, client negotiations, presentations, demonstrations, RFP contributions, etc.
  • Provide post sales service delivery in terms of assessment, architecture, design, implementation, migration, recommendations, upgrades, knowledge transfer, technical documentation, training, business case/TCO creation, etc.
  • Remediate customer technology environments by researching, identifying, and resolving technical problems
  • Work with internal and external subject matter experts to expand self-knowledge base
  • Assist in the development of new service offerings
  • Assist in the development of practice expertise and cross training of other consultants
  • Obtain and maintain technical certifications related to job function

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Must have

  • Design and deployment experience/knowledge on Microsoft O365 (mailbox migration, user onboarding and training on Outlook, Skype for Business and O365 apps, Exchange client rollout)
  • Strong understanding and experience in MS Active Directory technologies
  • Installation, configuration and provisioning of MS Server technologies
  • Design and deployment of one or more of the predominant hypervisors – vSphere/XenServer/Hyper-V
  • Networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Layer 2/3 switching/routing
  • Documentation skills – Assessment reports, Networking Diagrams, Build Guides, Statements of Work

Beneficial to have

  • Microsoft Identity and Access Management experience
  • Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management experience (Intune and Cloud Apps)
  • Experience across all Microsoft O365 applications and features

Other

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Valid driver’s license and able to travel to client sites both locally and out of town
  • Reliability Status Security Clearance or the ability to obtain

Account Executive

Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for developing a territory plan and executing on this plan to drive profitable growth within a specified cross-industry territory as well as:

  • Provide solutions to clients integrating services, software and infrastructure offerings.
  • Be comfortable relating to all level of our clients.
  • Develop new sales; manage and grow the current portfolio; achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Co-ordinate with technical delivery teams to ensure customer focused solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated experience in building customer relationships.
  • Strong sales ability
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a team environment

Other

  • University Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing would be an asset.
