Don co-founded Gibraltar Solutions in December 1996. As CEO, Don plays a key role in the continued development and cultivation of strategic partner relationships to ensure maximum flexibility for Gibraltar in an increasingly demanding marketplace. Under Don’s leadership, Gibraltar has grown to be one of Canada’s leading virtualization and cloud computing solutions providers.
Ray co-founded Gibraltar Solutions in 1996. As CFO and Co-Founder, Ray is responsible for managing all accounting and financial matters, and establishing company-wide objectives, procedures and practices to ensure that Gibraltar Solutions is continuously sound, both economically and financially.
As the CIO and Co-CTO of the Gibraltar team, Trent has expanded his IT knowledge in corporate IT, taking on numerous roles at major financial organizations and other large institutions. Trent deployed numerous leading edge systems including e-commerce and remote access solutions.
As CTO, Robert has been chiefly responsible for the development and delivery of Gibraltar’s services to the Government of Canada and large financial institutions. He is instrumental in the development of Gibraltar practices in cloud, datacentre and desktop virtualization over the last 20 years. He led the design and delivery of Gibraltar’s managed remote access services, providing several generations of architectural and operations design and definition.
Rick Polite is an IT professional with 20+ years of industry experience focused on data centre optimization and virtualization technologies. As the VP of Sales and Services, Rick is responsible for all of Gibraltar’s sales and operations activities, including end-to-end management of sales and marketing processes, client service and support, and people development. Rick continuously works to ensure that Gibraltar Solutions gives its clients the technology they want and need.
As Director of Human Resources, Joan offers 15 years of progressive experience in developing human resources framework and strategies. As a highly-knowledgeable business-savvy resource, she provides expertise on employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, legislative compliance, policy/procedure/program development and benefits administration.
